The anniversary of the Santos Desposorios of Jesus and Maria in Buena vista is celebrated in November 26th and it’s an event that in this Jesuitical town which was founded in 1694, is celebrated with a lot of tradition, and where the visitor can appreciate popular folkloric games such as the “Tarasca”, “Jocheo de Toro”(local bull fighting), “Palo Ensebao”, in addition to the local food, a big party and a Miss Election held at the City Social Club. The celebrations begin with the Miss Coffee Election during an elegant party, then there’s the coffee sample degustation, there are conferences, and the agricultural fair, the gastronomic festival, and some equestrian activities and at the end there’s the traditional “café de la siesta” (coffee and pastry time)
